Adventure & Ecoturism

Guatemala, originally named “Quauhtlemallan” in Nahuatl meaning the land of many trees, this was due to its immense rainforest and tropical weather that Guatemala naturally offers. The country shares borders with neighboring countries on each corner, up in the north with Mexico, San Salvador to the southeast, and Belize to the northwest and Honduras to the south. Guatemala also extends its borders by touching both the Pacific and the Atlantic oceans granting the country tropical weather all the time of the year. Guatemala has long been considered a hidden country with spectacular yet exotic places to visit within Central America due to its geographical position and peculiar landscape, because of it, there are opportunities for visitors to meet numerous locations surrounded by nature, ecological parks and eco-friendly hotels that offers recreational activities for families and friends to enjoy.
